Bethany Community Care Ministry collaborates with congregations, the Aging and Disability Resource Centers and other providers of services to adults 50 years+ or disabled, for the purposes of helping people maintaining independence or living with assistance in the community. Services offered by nurses and a mental health counselor are community screening clinics, physical and mental health counseling, prevention classes, services, groups and classes for caregivers, liaison services with physicians, pharmacists and other health professionals. Included are outpatient services provided in homes and assistance with short term case management or community re-entry from hospitalization or nursing home care.

Shopping and Errands/Faith in Action for Homebound Older and Disabled Adults (new Summer 2010)
Meeting of the Minds Mild Cognitive Impairment Group (new Summer 2010)
Bethany is also a member of the state association of Faith in Action to assist in the development of faith-based and community volunteer programs for the purposes of serving adults who are disabled or over the age of 50. Faith in Action volunteer services for the community will be developed in 2010.
As a community partner, Bethany Community Care is also actively engaged in the Waupaca Area Senior Resource Group and New London Senior Resource Network which are groups of community providers of service who come together to provide community education and prepare the community for service under Family Care/Long Term Care Redesign, which will be fully initiated in Waupaca County July 2010.
