"Powerful Tools for Caregivers Classes 2011"
A six week course for caregivers of older adults.  Helps caregivers build communications, lower stress, set goals, make tough decisions, and communicate with family members and medical providers.  Participants use relaxation, planning tools and learn about community resources.

Caregiver Journey Support Group

Anyone who may benefit in their role who cares for another may attend.  Caregivers may be spouses, friends or adult children and may live nearby or be a long-distance caregiver.
