Living Well with Chronic Conditions is a  Self-Management weekly workshop that meets 6 consecutive weeks for people with Chroinc illness.  This standford University evidence based program is for peple with chronic health conditions such as, arthritis, heart prolmes, asthma, stroke, pain,cancer, osteoporosis, diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and emphysema.

Steppin On Fall Prevention Program meets for (2) hours one time a week for 7  consecutive weeks. You will leatne balance and strength exercises, safety measures for home and yard to prevent falls and maintain independence.
