Rehabilitation | Therapies | Surgical Pre-planning

Bethany Community Care Ministry staff of nurses and counselor can be available to assist patients and families with many questions about rehabilitation and community resources and services prior to hospital admission, during a hospital, nursing home or assisted living stay, and after medical discharges. The goal of these servcies are to help people maintain indpendence and the ability to live in the community.
