This is a 40 minute class that focuses on increasing strength and mobility in the hips, legs, and ankles. there is an 8 person cap for this class. these exercises will be done while standing, sitting in a chair, and on the floor with a mat. This is a free class to members and a $3.00 fee per class for non-members. there is a 6 person cap, first come, fist serve.Find out more »
